Nobody wants to be sold to! - Rowena’s “School of Sales”

Rowena entertained and educated all who attended the last WBWI networking event on the topic 100% Sales conversion.

Whether you are a novice to business or a seasoned pro, you will find that one if not many take home tips will be imprinted in your mind after listening to Rowena’s wisdom. She reminds you to re-assert your integrity and let yourself shine - 1. as a person and 2. as a professional in your field.
Rowena outlined a simple step-by-step conversation that we can have with clients or potential clients to remain feeling fulfilled in our business while generating more SALES! From asking your client...”Tell me about you”… to the WHAT, WHY, WHERE, WHEN and HOW questions, to better understand the needs of your clients, Rowena covered all the bases. These simple conversational skills are sometimes omitted when speaking to clients and are often a reflection on how busy we are, or how we feel. We tend to migrate towards people that listen actively, care, are happy and fun to be around. People that don't listen, mope around or take their frustrations out on other people, over time, will find themselves quite lonely and their business going quiet. Take a step outside the world that is your product or business and remember, that it’s not just this that your client is wanting. It’s the understanding, the relationship and the service that you provide that will get you over the line every time. In Rowena’s words, “in order for a client to do business with you, they must; like you, trust you and have something in common with you”.

I’m sure I could vouch for all the attendees, that by the end of the event we left the room feeling inspired, motivated and ready to take on the anything and everything with confidence.
